Thanks to our own initiative to drive to Puyallup and harass the escrow company, they were able to get everything out in time, the seller sent the documents right back, and Diane called in a favor for us and had our paperwork pushed through the King County records department faster than we could've hoped for! Our realtor will be at the house at 1pm to meet Lance and give him the keys! We can't actually move in or paint or do anything to the home until 3:30pm or so which is when we'll hear from the county that they've finished processing our record and it's OFFICIALLY ours. Our realtor is coming up now since she'll be busy later and she trusts us.
I can't wait to move in! Finally, the Dyson's have a real house!
