THE To-Do List

Lance and I sat down and made a list of EVERYTHING we want to do to the new place. I figured I should post this before we lose the list! This will take a few years to get through, but at least we have an idea of where we want to go.

OUTSIDE:
- New house numbers
- New awning
- Landscape front
- New garage door
- New front door
- New doorbell
- New light fixtures
- Replace front fence
- Reinforce front gate
- Remove trees
- Install shed
- Replace patio
- Clean siding
- Clean roof

GARAGE:
- Band for water heater
- Replace shelving
- Deadbolt on door

INTERIOR:
- Paint walls & banister
- New molding
- Stain cabinets
- Hang curtains
- New light fixtures
- New blinds
- More shelves above washer/dryer
- Replace parchment paper
- New carpet
- Replace bathroom/laundry floor
- New shower curtain rod
- New toilet
- New towel racks
- Tile shower
- Install dual shower heads
- Raises attic joists
- Install ceilings fans
- New wall heaters
- Crown molding in bedroom
- Frame windows with molding
- Replace interior doors
- New kitchen appliances
- Mount TV on wall
- Floating shelves
- New attic door with ladder

So that's it. Not bad, right? We'll get through the painting and new carpet right away, and some of the other things will be easy to do. I'd say we'll need a good couple of years (at least) to finish off the list and I am sure by then we'll have another one just as long!
